Vinyasa Flow is all about continuous movement – and most importantly, matching that movement with breathing. Practising regularly should eventually enable you to match each movement with a breath in, or out. This synchronisation can be mentally peaceful – as you allow your busy brain to focus on the movement and breath and not the usual crazy thoughts running through it. The focus is on movement and grace, so that for many it ends up feeling like dancing.
This class is gentler than the Power Vinyasa classes at our studio. It’s a great way to move the body and to build focus, strength, flexibility, balance, agility and a beautiful mind-body connection.
