Power Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures designed to improve strength, balance, focus and flexibility. Each class is independently sequenced by the teacher, offering a fun and dynamic way to move the body. It follows a Vinyasa style connecting movement to breath, but with Power yoga the movement is often a lot faster and more energetic than other styles – making it a vigorous and revitalising practice. Strength is a lot more at play in this style than flexibility. Ultimately we aim to create the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom, while we challenge both body and mind on a deep level.
One of the more intense styles of yoga we offer at our studio – taking you both mentally and physically to new levels of connection. It’s hard work but loads of fun and very rewarding.
