The Yoga Republic

This is an immensely rehabilitative practice, created by the Yoga Republic founder and teacher Claire Smith. It combines principles of yoga and Pilates to build a strong and healthy foundation with a focus on balance, strength and flexibility. Props are often used to aid alignment, and so all ages and all levels will find this style body and life changing.


With a name like Gentle Stretch and Strength, you can be sure every class is exactly that, although it is challenging and you could build up a sweat.
