Air Yoga is fast becoming one of the most popular forms. Enjoy all your yoga poses but upside down in a specially designed fabric hammock (suspended from the ceiling)! You’re fully supported and able to manoeuvre into different poses. It’s a combination of yoga, Pilates and dance, with lots of inversions thrown in for good fun. It’s great for building core and upper body strength, and can relieve compressed joints and even align the body from head to toe.


Being upside down can be daunting but it’s perfectly doable for anybody. You control your own resistance so each class can be as difficult or easy as you choose. Contraindications for Air Yoga include: extreme high blood pressure, heart disease, weak bones, chronic sinusitis, and if you’re unsure about a condition you may have, please mail us and we will assist.
